Does the room have to be completely empty?
Preferrably, but items such as a piano or a heavy wardrobe I can move or work around.

How long before I can walk on it?
Usually about two to two and a half hours after the final coat of varnish.

Do I have to pay a deposit up front?
No.

Will there be any extras at the end?
No, the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
